Hope everyone had a nice break during the festive season ^^ Though i had to toll tru de e learnings, but i must say that i really rest (nap) alot =x B4 Cny, went to watch the movie Kite Runner.. it is a awfully nice story ^^ *although the movie ok nia according to yingz =x* I recommended this book for long ago.. if u all remembered ^^ Hope his new book a thousand splendid suns would be made into a movie too *anticipating*
Eve's dinner was really nice n full-filling... long time since we had good food for eve ^^ and as usual our movie outing, but this yr was SPECIAL. Simply cos its de first time my parents joined us... first every in my 25 yrs as their son =x coincidentally it was also their first time in a theater after 20 odd yrs.... We watched CJ7... it was rather nice but short of the usual standards by stephen chow. We watched it at filmgarde... de new cinema that so many people nvr heard b4 haha. good thing is.. last min still have good seats =x After that is mahjong as usual wif siblings.. i won as usual and din get back de money as usual... as expected haha
In the past i had to rush from place to place to bai nian.. but in recent yrs.. we can just slack at home till dinner time =x i brought yingz to meet my relatives...*my mum has 8 siblings.. plus their partner and children =x* The spirit of CNY is really gd.. cos we rarely have this kind of large scale gathering unless new yr ^^ Seeing the elders playing black jack, kids playing games.. including bridge !!! additionally eating de rou gan, pizza and taking hongbao ^^
Second day of CNY is reserved for my bros from dunman.more den 10 yrs of friendship ~ But i have to evacuate wif yingz for our own safety b4 they got drunk =x
Remember ... one rou gan a day keep de doctor away... *i think i posted this a yr ago too =x*
